Madero Art

A native Venezuelan artist, Victor Madero, devoted his life to the celebration of colors and enabled him to maintain a relentless pursuit of insight into the very core of the Latin American culture. A devotion that originated in his childhood drawings took him on  a voyage in search of worldly beauty, and the savoir faire of how to interpret it and put in down on canvas. His voyage in this industry took him from news agencies in Caracas to news agencies in New York City, to opening a design studio in Puerto Rico and expanding this to incorporate a printing company in Miami, Florida.

Victor Madero’s work taps into a well of color; from where he gathers inspiration to create works of art that convey our cultural diversities. His creations unveil the simple beauty found in the crevices of our society.

Victor create a new style, he have reinvented his bold expressions of colors. This new approach to three dimensional art combines influences from several art forms such as the relief process and fiber art yet resembles mosaic with much cleaner lines. His use of hard, implied line suggests visual connections in order to create many geometric shapes which provide very strong directional forces.
It is easy to recognize a bold focus point, yet the strong directional forces cause you eye to travel around the entire piece.
The asymmetrical balance is just perfect. You may begin to believe that Madero is truly a musician at heart due to the perfect rhythm expressed throughout his artwork. You will not find a formal use of color, instead you will find a combination of primary, secondary and intermediate hues which I like to call eye candy. It is easy to appreciate his beautiful used of texture and implied depth.
You will feel as if you have traveled to a distant colorful rainforest or a hidden tropical island and captured a moment in time when you experience Victor Madero’s creative expressions.
